Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an Account on, or placing any wager through ph223, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with all supplementary policies referenced herein.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph223. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

These Terms are provided in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of ph223 is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR under applicable Philippine law. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ph223 will verify this representation through KYC procedures prior to processing any withdrawal.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ph223 is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. You represent that you are a resident of the Philippines and that your use of ph223 does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence or access.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account on ph223:

• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of ph223 or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by ph223 for breach of these Terms;
• Persons who are subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework;
• Persons who are prohibited from participating in gambling activities under any applicable Philippine law or court order.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on ph223. Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through associated devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph223 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation of any suspected multi-accounting.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account. ph223 relies on the accuracy of Account information for KYC compliance, payment processing, and regulatory reporting. Material inaccuracies in Account information may result in Account suspension pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ph223 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

You must notify ph223 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ph223 may temporarily suspend your Account pending a security review upon receipt of such notification.

4.4 KYC Verification

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph223 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. ph223 may request additional documentation at any time in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph223 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency wallets. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) except where cryptocurrency is used, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction shall apply as displayed on the platform.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (GCash/PayMaya); ₱500 (bank transfer)
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier as specified in the VIP Program Terms

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

ph223 targets the following withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya — 5 to 30 minutes under normal conditions; BPI and BDO — 1 to 3 hours; Metrobank — up to 24 hours. These are target times and not guaranteed service level commitments. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance, during compliance reviews, or during high-volume periods coinciding with major Philippine sporting events.

5.4 Withdrawal to Registered Account Only

For security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, all withdrawals from ph223 must be made to a payment account or bank account registered in the name of the Account holder. ph223 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.5 Own Funds Declaration

By making a deposit, you represent that the funds you are depositing are your own personal funds derived from legitimate sources, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party. ph223 complies with AMLC reporting obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering law.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ph223 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms disclosed at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general conditions set out in this Section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement within any stated expiry period. Bonus Funds that remain unmet at the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph223 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers more than once; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk; and sharing Account credentials to allow another person to claim a bonus on your behalf. ph223 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account, if bonus abuse is established.

6.4 Promotion Modification

ph223 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering requirements at the time of any change.

Gameplay & Wagering

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on ph223 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the conduct of that specific game, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All ph223 RNG-based games (slot games, virtual table games, and RNG casino titles) use independently certified random number generation software. Certified RTPs for each title are published within the ph223 game library. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers operating in real time from licensed studio environments and are not subject to RNG certification requirements.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a game round, the affected round may be voided at ph223's discretion, and wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account. Any purported winnings derived from a technical malfunction are null and void. ph223 will not be liable for losses directly caused by a technical malfunction provided a refund of the affected wager is issued.

7.4 Bet Confirmation

A wager is only confirmed when accepted by ph223's gaming server and a confirmation is displayed to the Player. Disconnection or loss of connection prior to bet confirmation means the wager has not been accepted, and no liability attaches to ph223 for such wagers.

Responsible Gaming

ph223 is committed to responsible gaming as an operational obligation under its PAGCOR license and as a reflection of its values as a Philippines-based gaming operator. The following provisions form part of ph223's legally binding obligations to Players and to PAGCOR.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

All registered ph223 Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on deposits. Limits may be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses per session, day, week, or month. Applied platform-wide across all game categories.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable time alerts and mandatory session breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Self-exclusion is applied across all ph223 game categories simultaneously and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: In-session pop-up notifications displaying elapsed time and net session result.

8.2 PAGCOR Responsible Gaming

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph223 directs Players who experience difficulty controlling their gambling to seek assistance. ph223 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs and with Philippine-based problem gambling support organizations.

8.3 Minor Protection

ph223 employs strict age verification measures to prevent access by persons under 21. Registered Players are responsible for ensuring that their Account credentials are not accessible to minors in their household. ph223 recommends the use of device-level parental controls where devices are shared with minors.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph223 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
2. Opening or operating more than one Account on ph223;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with ph223 games or systems;
4. Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors and failing to report them to ph223 immediately;
6. Using ph223 for the purposes of money laundering or financing of terrorism, or depositing funds known or suspected to be derived from illegal activity;
7. Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction without prior authorization from ph223;
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ph223 staff or other Players through the live chat or any other communication channel;
9. Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party;
10. Any other conduct that ph223 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other Players, or ph223's compliance with applicable Philippine law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ph223 platform, including but not limited to the ph223 brand, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and audio, is the proprietary intellectual property of ph223 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right, title, or license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, or distribute any ph223 content for any purpose outside of normal personal use of the platform.

Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any ph223 software component. ph223 will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph223's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, a Player's Account, or use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player into their ph223 Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph223 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:

• A Player's inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Any unauthorized access to a Player's Account attributable to the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision by PAGCOR, a Philippine government authority, or a court to restrict, suspend, or revoke ph223's operating license;
• Game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG or live dealer conduct and are not within ph223's control beyond providing a functioning and fair gaming environment.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ph223

ph223 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a compliance risk under ph223's PAGCOR obligations. Upon suspension pending investigation, the Player's wallet balance will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes without finding of breach, the balance will be released promptly.

12.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time via ph223's live chat support. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any eligible balance to their registered payment account. ph223 will process Account closure requests within five (5) business days. Accounts subject to an ongoing responsible gaming self-exclusion period may not be reopened until the exclusion period has lapsed.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, all Bonus Funds are forfeited. Withdrawable cash balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's registered payment account. ph223 will retain transaction and KYC records for the period required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

Privacy & Data

ph223's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by the ph223 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the ph223 Privacy Policy.

ph223 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and relevant PAGCOR data handling requirements. Player personal data is used for Account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, responsible gaming enforcement, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting. ph223 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

ph223 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmission between Players and the platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from ph223's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ph223 arising from the use of the platform, the Player is encouraged to contact ph223 Customer Support via live chat in the first instance. ph223 commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication between the Player and ph223 within thirty (30) days, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority, in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

Any court proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

ph223 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the registered mobile number or through a notification displayed upon login to the ph223 platform. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly indicated on this page.

Your continued use of ph223 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ph223 and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any specific event or transaction shall govern that event or transaction.
